New Member – June 2024

Jesus Aguirre

We welcomed Jesus into the Knights of Columbus in June of 2024 and already he has attend a couple meetings.  Jesus is a native Texan – born and raised right here in Dallas.  He attended St. Mary of Carmel and graduated high school at St. Michael.  He did receive his college degree in Business Information Systems out-of-town, though – Ashford University in San Diego.  Although he and his family have been going to Holy Spirt for the past 3 years, it has been periodically because they often times go to the Cathedral, where both he and his wife are catechists and have been for the past 12 years and continue to do so. Jesus dated Nohemi for about 5 years; but eventually they were married in 2004 and are now raising 4 teenagers. – Josue (18), Jacob (17), Joel (14) and Nataly (13).  They have lived in Cedar Hill for the past 5 years.  Jesus has been at J.P. Morgan Chase for the past 11 years in various roles but nearly always related to providing information to all those involved in the mortgage process so that correct decisions can be made.   Jesus enjoy reading, grilling, yardwork, and woodworking when he finds the time.  When I asked why he joined the Knights he said “I’ve always liked to serve” and added that he “liked the fact that it is an all-male organization”.  Welcome aboard, Jesus
